Ingredients :75g butter,75g plain flour ,500ml full fat milk,1.5 teaspoon English mustard,500g mature cheddar , 250g short cut pasta.
Cook pasta in boiling water al dente
Melt butter in a pan on gentle heat. Add flour and mix into smooth paste.
Whisk in milk over gentle heat until thickens .Melt the cheese in sauce and add mustard , the cooked pasta and season to taste.
